Manage access
Toggle grants app access (everyone is a Member by default). Click the Member/Admin chip under a granted app to make that person an Admin there — Admins see that app's admin tools (Dev board, Audit log, Settings); Members don't. The Owner column controls this launcher itself: owners can open Manage access and the Operations dashboard. Owners set in server config are locked on and can't be changed here.
Toggle access per app — changes save immediately. @brolly.com.au people sign in with Google; external people need a password (use Set password), then sign in at team.brolly.io with their email + password. Granting an app lets them straight in.
